HR Case Management Product Owner

IPG is looking for a Senior HR Case Management Product Owner to spearhead the Helix platform implementation within the HR function. The ideal candidate will have a blend of business and technical expertise and will effectively manage complex projects.

Understanding of HR technology and processes

Responsibilities

Align Helix product strategy with HR goals
Communicate vision and strategy to development team
Manage day-to-day operations of Helix
Conduct user acceptance testing
Develop and maintain a product roadmap
Identify improvement opportunities in processes and systems

Education

Bachelor's degree in relevant field
5+ years of experience in HR or related field
