Product Manager, Physician Practice Solutions

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of a physician practice engagement platform.This platform aims to enhance our practice partners access to comprehensive operational data, insights, and service offerings, empowering them with the tools needed to collaborate effectively with Interwell Health and succeed in value-based care initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building solutionsWhat you will do:• Collaborate with experts across Interwell Health: Work closely with experts, including provider operations, risk/quality, marketing, legal, compliance, privacy, and fellow product managers to identify the highest impact opportunities to engage with our network nephrology practices.• Lead Product Development: Lead product roadmap, prioritization, development and refinement in an agile environment. Activities include including market analysis, ideation, concept development, prototyping, requirements definition, development, testing, go-to-market and ongoing support.• Turn Data-Driven Insights into Action: Utilize data and user research to inform and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and marketing effectiveness for nephrologists through omnichannel engagement at the appropriate time with a relevant message.What you need:• Curiosity: An insatiable desire to understand how and why systems work the way they do today, and how to deliver a better way through a combination of people, process, and technology.• Passion: A deep commitment to the mission of Interwell Health.• Empathy: An end-to-end understanding of our physician practice touchpoints with Interwell Health, and the problems they face.• Problem-Solving: Proven experience in tackling complex challenges and creating simple, provider-centric solutions that yield demonstrable health outcomes.• Communication Skills: Exceptional oral and written communication abilities, with a strong emphasis on radical candor, transparency, and ability to make well-informed decisions that help Interwell Health expand the business sustainably.• Analytical Skills: Robust quantitative and qualitative analytical competencies in healthcare businesses with complex, highly regulated workflows. Basic SQL query skills a plus.• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in ambiguity, learn quickly, and adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.• Technical Acumen: Salesforce Service, Salesforce (Community) Experience Cloud, and Microsoft Power BI a plus.• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience (10+ preferred) in healthcare or platform product management with proven ability to improve health outcomes and increase meaningful engagement of providers.
