Product Manager II

Responsibilities
  • Assist in defining core problems and collaborate with designers and engineers to explore potential solutions aligned with strategic objectives, customer feedback, market analysis, and technical feasibility.
  • Support customer engagement efforts through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to grasp their needs, pain points, and behaviors, aiding in product hypothesis validation, fostering innovation, and informing prioritization.
  • Aid in effectively communicating roadmap and priorities to various teams, facilitating alignment and buy-in to drive impactful outcomes.
  • Contribute to managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including defining requirements, supporting development, testing, and release processes.
  • Demonstrate agility and adaptability in addressing challenges and mitigating issues to ensure project success through quick adjustments and iterations.


Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in product management or relevant field.
  • Demonstrated customer orientation.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to convey ideas clearly.
  • Curiosity – eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Ability to adapt to change and remain resilient in dynamic environments.
  • Bonus: Analytical mindset to support data-informed decision-making.
