Requirements:

As our chosen Community Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the manufactured housing communities and the implementation of policies, procedures and programs that ensure the community is well-managed and well-maintained; ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies and federal, state and local laws; maintain acceptable occupancy levels and develop a supportive environment for all residents; interact and supervise vendors and independent contractors. Richland and Alyson Manor (461 combined spaces) are two beautiful Manufactured Housing Communities in Richland, WA and we want YOU to be our Community Manager!

To thrive in this role:

1+ years' experience managing manufactured housing or multifamily communities of 100+ units

Knowledge of leasing, rent collections, and managing resident relations

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster positive relationships with residents and collaborate effectively with team members

Proficiency with software such as: ManageAmerica, excel, word, outlook and financial and accounting software

Ability to handle conflict resolution, complaints, and provide a high level of customer service tailored to the community demographic

Be able to identify areas for improvement and offer suggestions to improve the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the property

Must have a valid driver's license

Bonus Skills

Knowledge of manufactured housing regulations

Experience in managing contractors and vendors for property upkeep

Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
