The Role

As a Revenue Systems Owner at Rydoo, you’ll be a key member of the Revenue Operations team, which manages and optimizes data, processes, tools, and enablement across the entire customer journey. You will support the revenue organization by maintaining and improving tools (Salesforce, Apollo, DealHub, and others), and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Business Intelligence, and Finance teams to design effective processes, ensure data quality, and enable data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

1. Revenue Tools & Systems:

  • Maintain tools and ensure objects, fields, and automations are set up for accurate analysis and the best end-user experience.
  • Collaborate with revenue teams to design, translate, implement, and test process changes reflected in our tool stack.
  • Manage and resolve tool-related tickets promptly.
  • Lead initiatives for data quality improvement through proactive analysis and end-user enablement.

2. Data Analysis and Dashboards: 

  • Build and maintain RevOps and revenue leaders’ reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with the BI team on data analysis, providing relevant data sets.

3. Stakeholder Management:

  • Communicate proactively with internal (RevOps) and external (revenue org) stakeholders on new process designs and project updates.
  • Distill issues to their root causes, summarize action items and monitor deadlines.

4. Self-Management & Growth:

  • Prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Balance ticket resolutions with strategic improvement projects.
  • Oversee the RevOps ticket queue, ensuring prompt ownership and resolution of all tickets.
  • 1-3 years of SalesForce administrator experience is essential.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and experiment with solutions.
  • An experimental and problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience in cleaning up legacy data quality issues is a big added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to empathize with end-users.
  • A healthy dose of curiosity and the ability to ask the right questions.
  • Experience on a RevOps/Sales Ops team is a plus.
  • Experience in a high-growth organization, ideally in SaaS, is essential.
  • Willing to commute to our Mechelen office 1x per week.

Languages

  • Working proficiency in English (C1+) 
  • German or Dutch are a plus

  • You’ll be reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations
  • Location: Rydoo's HQ in Mechelen
  • Start date: January 2025
