Job Description Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Community Manager to manage the day-to-day operations at our manufactured housing community, Castle Park (74 units), located in Castle Rock, CO. This role includes managing team members, daily activities, and resources of the property to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals and ensures that the operation of the property complies with company policies and procedures and other laws and regulations governing manufactured housing operations.
