Overview:

Invisible is seeking a dedicated HR - Performance Review and Assessments Specialist to join
our global team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective implementation of performance
review and assessment processes, fostering employee development and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

As an HR - Performance and Assessments Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

● Developing and implementing performance review policies and procedures to align with
organizational goals.
● Coordinating performance evaluation cycles, including scheduling and communication
with stakeholders.
● Collecting and analyzing performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
● Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on performance review
processes.
● Assisting in the development of individualized development plans based on performance
assessments.
