Procurement Manager

IT Concepts, Inc. (ITC) is seeking a Procurement Manager to support a DOD SOCOM opportunity. ITC will provide the Government with program management and services related to emerging technology solutions including Enterprise Architecture (EA) and data science, application development and management support, training, and enterprise ecosystem support.

Responsibilities:

  • Candidate will be responsible for developing contract Procurement Strategy addressing mission timelines, risk and capabilities.
  • Responsibility includes Contract Management responsibilities in the course of logistics management including Budget and Cost control.
  • Will conduct Vendor Sourcing and Evaluation analysis and recommendations to customer ensuring Govt. and Company maintain Regulatory Compliance.
  • Candidate will be responsible for conducting Risk Management on all procurement activities.
  • Reporting and Analytics will be conducted across all critical components of the contract.

Location: On-site in Tampa, FL

  • Senior level: 10+ years relevant experience and a MA/MS degree
  • Substitutions for education:
    • Associate's Degree plus 4 years work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree
    • Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years work experience may be substituted for a Master's Degree
    • 6 years work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree
    • 12 years work experience may be substituted for a Master's Degree

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work with Teams, but self-motivated to complete projects on your own.
  • Ability to work fully on-site with minimal accommodation

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have at a minimum active DOD TS/SCI
