The IT Solutions Adoption and Change Apprenticeship is an entry-level position within Nestlé IT within the Workforce 360/Engagement Service team geared towards building upon the foundations of a career as an IT Solutions Adoption and Change Specialist. As an Apprentice, you will complete the OpenClassrooms Registered Apprenticeship training while simultaneously working for Nestlé IT. The program consists of 1 day of online technical training, working one-on-one with a mentor, and 4 days of on-the-job training per week.
The 12-month competency -based training program includes on-the-job training and a technical training program.
As an IT Solutions Adoption Apprentice, you will be working with our Workforce 360/ Engagement Service team. The Engagement Service team focuses on how to improve end user experience between our market and product groups. This team bridges the gap of communication to minimize business interruptions by educating our product managers and groups on a global level and connect them with our end users and our markets. This ensures that our product managers and groups about what the market needs and trends will be. The team not only can conduct in depth knowledge of what end user experience would be but, impacts that our product groups need to be aware of when implementing for the capabilities of the end user experience.
You will assist with designing and delivering communications, and driving end user change-management activities for the adoption of technology which will enable new ways of working and improve the individual and organizational performance. Also, you’ll build programs to help people increase their digital dexterity. Some technologies in scope include modern workplace solutions (e.g. Office 365, Workplace by Facebook, SAP, conferencing systems).
- Create end user change-management programs and assets through various channels/mediums including social media, email, video, SharePoint sides, quick reference cards, etc
- Work closely with the various businesses of Nestlé to understand how the modern workplace solutions can bring value to them, and drive strategic discussion to assess needs and opportunities
- Create tailored change-management and adoption plans for smooth transitions so that employees can willingly adapt to those
- Identify key stakeholders and ensure that appropriate communication, training, and coaching are in place for them to support and embrace the change
- Measure the impact of the strategy and monitor adoption; ensure actionable insights
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring around adoption and change-management practices to IT Product Managers and Senior Leadership to increase their effectiveness in driving sustainable change of behaviors
REQUIREMENTS
- Able to work on-site – Nestle Purina HQ office in St. Louis, MO
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 6+ months experience, or relevant classroom experience, in using PowerPoint to create trainings or presentations, Outlook, MS Teams, Mural, One Drive, Power Platform or Share Point
- 6+ months experience or relevant classroom experience in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, IT, Training, or similar field
OTHER
- Experience creating, leading, and facilitating virtual and in-person trainings preferred
- Expereince in creating and supporting communications and change management plans preferred
- Knowledge of end user change management preferred
- Working knoweldge of other Microsoft 365 applications such as MS Teams, SharePoint, Outlook and Excel preferred
