How you will make an impact: As a VP of Global Demand Generation at Iterable, you will lead a team of marketers responsible for driving demand and generating qualified leads for Iterable. You will oversee field marketing, digital marketing, and integrated campaigns, and act as a central point of contact for sales leadership. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and execute strategies and a campaign portfolio that effectively promote Iterable's products and services to target audience and drive growth. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the company. In addition, you will manage the demand gen budget across a global portfolio of activities. This has the ability to work from anywhere in the United States. How you will make a difference: • Lead and manage a global team of marketers responsible for demand generation across SMB and enterprise • Lead the development and implementation of global multi-channel demand gen strategy that efficiently scales and drives demonstrable growth. • Oversee field marketing, digital marketing, account based marketing and integrated campaigns functions to create pipeline that contributes to the bottom line • Act as a central point of contact for sales leadership and develop demand gen strategies aligned with Go-to-Market plays • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and execute campaign plans and tactics • Drive the creation and optimization of programmatic customer journeys pre and post-sales to drive acquisition and retention • Analyze and optimize demand generation portfolio to continually improve results • Manage the demand gen budget across a global portfolio of activities • Set and track KPIs for demand generation campaigns and report on progress to the CMO We are looking for people who: • 10+ years of demand generation experience, preferably in the tech industry • Proven track record of driving demand and generating qualified leads • Experience leading and managing a team of marketers • Strong analytical skills and ability to track and optimize demand gen performance • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience Perks & Benefits: • Paid parental leave • Competitive salaries, meaningful equity, & 401(k) plan • Medical, dental, vision, & life insurance • Balance Day (First Friday off every month) • Fertility & Adoption Assistance • Paid Sabbatical • Flexible PTO • Monthly Employee Wellness allowance • Monthly Professional Development allowance • Pre-tax commuter benefits • Complete laptop workstation
