We want a team member who can integrate ITS Logistics’ brand strategy, culture, and vision into all recruitment activities and platforms.Principle Accountabilities• Consult with the hiring team to understand the job role and its requirements, including skills, qualifications, experience, and attributes• Leverage a variety of social media platforms.• Conduct passive outreach. Establish attractive emails and outreach materials to engage candidates.• Explore job boards and candidate database services.• Work closely with marketing to establish, sell, and recruit high quality team members.• Work closely with local Universities and other workforce agencies.• Strategize different ways to build talent pipeline, generate referrals, build ad campaigns, etc.• Build and execute sourcing strategies.• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter.• Build and maintain network of potential candidates through dedicated market research and ongoing relationship management.• Partners with recruiting team to lock in onsite and panel interviews.• Completes all necessary administrative functions.• Identify potential candidates from a talent pool who meet the job requirements• Screens resumes and sends qualified candidates to the recruiting team for further vetting.Position RequirementsThe ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated record of accomplishment in supporting a human resources function in a fast-paced and multi-faceted environment.
