People Operations Coordinator

Jaan Health, Inc. is on the lookout for a dedicated and proactive People Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will support various HR functions while fostering a positive workplace culture and employee experience. As a People Operations Coordinator, you will assist with employee onboarding, performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and HR administrative tasks. This role is perfect for someone passionate about people and committed to enhancing the employee experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Support performance management processes by coordinating performance reviews and tracking employee development plans.
  • Develop and facilitate employee engagement programs and initiatives to enhance workplace morale and culture.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR reporting and analytics.
  • Help manage employee benefits administration, including answering questions and facilitating enrollment.
  • Support the administration of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency.
  • Assist with organizing company events, team-building activities, and training sessions.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Stay informed of HR trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and strategies.
  • Remote work experience
  • 3 year minimum experience in related role/field
  • Tech/Startup experience

- Experience in a Human Resources or People Operations role is highly preferred.

- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in HR or People Operations roles.
