Job Description

The Sales Analyst Romania is responsible for sales reporting, ensures the development of business systems that provide information relevant to the business and sales incentive plan monthly approval matrix flow.

The Sales Analyst reports to the Shopper Marketing & Sales Analysis Manager.

This position in located in Bucharest.

Main responsibilities of the role:

  • Sales Routing and Sales KPI Management: Prepares, monitors and optimises monthly sales routing, ensures compliance, and manages sales KPI targets and calculations for bonuses.
  • System and Data Management: Maintains and updates databases, Power BI dashboards, and C4C system for accurate data collection and interprets data for decision-making.
  • Workflow and Compliance: Oversees distributor workflows, ensures timely approvals and contract management, and upholds SIP rules and bonus calculations.

For this role we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

  • Enthusiastic about coffee and passionate about sales;
  • FMCG experience is a plus;
  • Minimum 1 year of Sales Analysis experience;
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills;
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite: especially Excel;
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI is a plus;
  • Fluent in Romanian and English
  • Bachelor in business, economics, data analysis.
