Senior HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to join us in our journey, supporting our dynamic team as we expand our footprint in the US. This role will report to the Chief Financial Officer based out of London.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, fostering a high-performance culture. 

Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring we attract and retain top talent in AI and marketing technology. 

Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives that promote engagement, diversity, and inclusion within the organisation. 

Performance Management: Implement performance evaluation systems, providing feedback and development opportunities. 

Compensation and Benefits: Manage competitive compensation structures and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations. 

Training and Development: Lead the creation of professional development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. 

HR Analytics: Utilise data-driven insights to guide HR decision-making and strategy. 

Facilities: Responsible for facilities management and workplace planning.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum of 7-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. 

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and HR technologies. 

Experience in the tech or marketing industry, with a focus on AI, is highly desirable.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
