About The Role

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will combine technical excellence and team effectiveness to drive outcomes for Jasper customers. You will spend time coding, technical design, and problem-solving, and have architectural oversight over evolving Jasper’s multi-modal AI platform. You will be part of a close-knit engineering team that ships new code into production multiple times a day.

This role is open to candidates located in France. It will be a hybrid setup, which requires you to come into the office when necessary. The office is based at Station F in Paris, the vibrant hub of the French startup ecosystem.

 What you will do at Jasper

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software with deep expertise in AI software, processes and algorithms to achieve desired results

• Write readable, maintainable, self-documenting or well-documented code to solve complex problems with simple, elegant solutions

• Use AI analysis to evaluate effectiveness and make strategy recommendations that align with company goals

• Stay current on AI knowledge, trends, and regulations while contributing to company AI processes and policies

• Work closely with software engineers, product managers and designers to develop software solutions for customers

What you will bring to Jasper

• 7+ years of experience as an AI engineer or similar role putting AI software into production

• Experience with MLOps tools for lifecycle management, LLM implementation and GenAI ops putting models into production and providing support 

• Experience developing and using APIs for AI development and integration

• Demonstrated proficiency and continuous improvement in Jasper’s technical stack (cloud platforms, AI technologies)

• Proven track record of software delivery for customers and their outcomes
