As a Senior Partner Alliance Manager, GSIs at Jasper, you will manage and grow strategic relationships with Global Systems Integrators. This individual will develop and execute partnership strategies, drive joint go-to-market initiatives, and expand Jasper’s reach and influence across enterprise markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas with GSIs, building our joint-GTM strategies & offerings, exceptional relationship management, Automation/Generative AI/MarTech SaaS experience, and a passion for innovation in AI and technology.
This fully remote role reports to the Head of GSI Partnerships and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.
Own the relationship, strategy, and growth of each GSI alliance in your portfolio, focusing on Client & GSI profitability & success.
Co-develop and execute global go-to-market strategies with GSI partners, including joint marketing campaigns, solution launches, and customer success initiatives.
Collaborate with GSI partners to develop joint value propositions, Jasper-related offerings, solution frameworks, and sales enablement resources to drive co-selling motions across parties.
Drive incremental revenue through collaborative business planning, pipeline development, and deal acceleration with GSI partners (sell-to, sell-thru, & sell-with).
Build GTM/Delivery enablement plans across Practices/Service Lines, Delivery Centers, & Priority Account Teams to support sales pursuits & customer delivery (at attractive margins for GSI partners).
Establish KPIs and track the success of GSI partnerships, delivering regular updates to both Jasper & GSI senior leadership and stakeholders.
Work closely with GSI Partners to develop joint strategies that drive the adoption and usage of Jasper capabilities, including platform feedback.
Partner with Jasper Go-To-Market, Customer Success, Engineering/Product/Design, and Operations teams to align on goals and drive product adoption.
Represent Jasper at GSI & Industry events, conferences, and Partner forums to elevate our brand and influence in the GSI ecosystem.
7+ years of experience in global alliance management, partnerships, or business development, with a proven track record of working with GSIs. 3+ years of Enterprise SaaS Field sales experience.
Deep understanding of the GSI ecosystem/business model and enterprise technology landscape, including Generative AI, Large-Language Models, MarTech Stack (CMS, DAM, etc.), iPaaS/Automation, or related fields.
Ability to craft and execute partnership strategies that align with Jasper’s vision and revenue goals & associated goals of Partners.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all organizational levels.
A history of delivering measurable results in partner-led revenue growth, joint offering/solution development, and client-facing enterprise sales roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a willingness to adapt and pivot as needed.
Willingness to travel to meet with Partners and attend key events. Travel is anticipated at 25-30% of the role and predominantly within the US. International travel may be relevant.

The expected OTE offered for this role is $257,000-280,000. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
