We are looking for a highly analytical and business-savvy Senior Financial Analyst to support a dynamic, fast-growing business unit within a leading tech company. You will play a key role in driving financial planning, strategic decision-making, and operational efficiency for a newly acquired platform. This is an exciting opportunity to work cross-functionally with finance, product, and leadership teams, building models, improving reporting processes, and helping drive business performance. Accountabilities:

  • Lead monthly and quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Support strategic planning and resource allocation for a high-growth business unit
  • Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards that drive performance and accountability
  • Collaborate with department leaders to analyze trends, identify risks and opportunities
  • Prepare financial review materials for senior leadership
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve business operations and investment decisions
  • Partner with the accounting team during month-end close, ensuring accurate reporting and journal entries

  • 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, equity research, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline (CPA, CFA, MBA a plus)
  • Strong skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with tools like Pigment is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across departments
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Curious, proactive, and passionate about driving impact through data
  • Competitive salary range: $95,700 – $129,500 CAD, depending on experience
