As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving the technical aspects of the sales process for large enterprise clients. Accountabilities:

  • Lead and support complex technical sales engagements from initial prospecting through to closing.
  • Serve as the technical expert on the sales team, offering product demonstrations, proof of concept support, and answering technical queries.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to proactively address challenges during the sales process.
  • Present technical solutions clearly, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
  • Manage and resolve technical issues, collaborating across departments to ensure smooth communication and project success.

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales/Solutions Engineering, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Strong expertise in SIP/Telephony systems with 3-5 years of hands-on experience.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API integrations.
  • In-depth knowledge of designing and implementing complex telecommunication solutions.
  • Proven ability to lead technical projects, manage risks, and drive sales strategy.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
