The firm specializes in representing domestic and international businesses and individuals in complex litigation for labor and employment, class actions, professional liability (design professional emphasis), general liability, business litigation & transactions, and education law matters.We are seeking attorneys with 3+ years of substantive litigation experience counseling and defending employers for PAGA, wage and hour class action, single-plaintiff , and general employment law matters in state and federal court. Interested attorneys should be comfortable working autonomously through all stages of litigation and have significant experience in discovery and law and motion practice. Other job responsibilities include:Independently manage cases from inception to close. Analyze client needs and opportunities, identify solutions, and develop case strategies Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings. Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions. Effectively communicate with partners, associates, paralegals, and clients to ensure client outcomes are achieved.The ideal candidate is an innovative problem solver with strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
