If you are a problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to safety and quality, we would love to hear from you.Why join us?Competitive compensation, company vehicle, gas card, 401k, and more!Job DetailsResponsibilities• Foreman• Oversee and manage all electrical installations and maintenance on the construction site.• Supervise and coordinate activities of the electrical team.• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals.• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and resolve any issues.• Senior Electricians• Perform complex electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.• Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.• Train and mentor junior electricians, enhancing their skills and knowledge.• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.• Journeyman• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.• Follow state and local building regulations based on the National Electric Code.• Assist senior electricians with complex tasks and projects.• Continually learn and apply new skills to improve performance and service delivery.Qualifications• Must possess a valid journeyman electrician license.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial electrical roles, preferably in the construction industry.• Experience in retail, hotel, and hospitality electrical work is a plus.• Proven experience as a foreman or a similar supervisory role is required for the Foreman position.• Excellent knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and safety regulations.• Demonstrated ability to use electrical and hand tools, electrical drawings, and testing equipment.• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.• Excellent communication and team management skills for the Foreman role.• Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and handle physical workload.• Commitment to complying with all safety and standard operating procedures.Interested in hearing more?
