A Master's degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is highly desirable.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in the manufacturing or scientific industry.• Proven expertise in manufacturing accounting, bill of materials, and general ledger (GL) operations.• Strong proficiency in monthly reporting, annual budgeting, and forecasting.• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable business insights.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.• High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to accuracy and quality.• Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior staff.Interested in hearing more?
