This is a permanent position - we have all levels available from Associate, Manager, Sr. Manager, Supervisor, and Director.Is your background a match?• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance• Active CPA• 4+ years of experience in tax OR audit roles at a public accounting firm• Extensive knowledge of tax laws and regulations OR audit procedures and techniques• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex tax and audit issues• High level of integrity and professionalism• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex tax and audit information to non-finance professionals• Proficient with tax /audit software• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentWhat will you be doing?• Oversee all tax / audit-related activities to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations• Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize profitability• Perform regular audits to identify potential risks and provide recommendations for improvement• Coordinate with external auditors and manage the audit process from planning to completion• Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timely submission• Manage relationships with tax authorities and represent the company during tax audits• Provide guidance and support to the management team on tax-related matters• Stay updated on current tax and audit regulations and ensure the company's practices are in line with these changes• Lead and mentor a team of tax and audit professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvementInterested in hearing more?
