Other responsibilities include administration of job site safety program, quality management, and overall schedule supervision and coordination.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesDirect day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor forceInspection of Contractor or (Sub)Contract operations to ensure compliance with ContractMaintain good relationships with internal & external clientsConduct quality inspectionsCoordinate site testing and inspection effortsManage schedules, including preparation of detailed short-term schedulesPrepare and submit Superintendent’s Daily ReportsAttend and participate in project meetings, including subcontractor meetingsRequired SkillsComputer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office productsKnowledge of ProcoreExcellent written, oral communications and management skillsStrong ability to read drawings and specificationsFunctions effectively as part of a teamExhibits strong leadership qualitiesAbility to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all timesStrong decision making/problem solving skillsExcellent time management and organizational skillsThorough knowledge of subcontract languagePreferred Requirements10 years experience in ground-up constructionOSHA 10 Certification Required OSHA 30 Certification PreferredFirst Aid/CPR certificationMass Supervisors License or equivalentBachelors’ degree in Construction ManagementSafety standards knowledge and enforcementInterested in hearing more?
