Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator who wants to work with a fast-paced, dynamic organization to support a Fintech company, a “Global Leader of Commerce Solutions”. You'll bring your expertise to support facilities’ activities and be the first point of contact for internal and external customers seeking support.


The Facilities Coordinator is for you if:
· You are self-reliant and proactive, can adapt to change, and overcome obstacles by using creative problem-solving skills.
· You thrive at taking initiative and working independently and can manage small vendors and projects.
· You have outstanding attention to detail, and an immense amount of passion for people, their safety and their productivity.
· You value consistent and timely interactions, and can leverage them to build durable and lasting internal and external customer relationships
• You excel at handling customer inquiries and can communicate professionally, verbally and in written form.

Knowledge:
· Work order submittal process.
· Proficient in MS Office and Teams
· Workplace Services initiatives including but not limited to conference room management, visitor management, restocking coffee supplies and parking management.
· Familiar with preventative maintenance schedule.
· Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors
· Understand how to respond to urgent maintenance calls and participate in creation of emergency preparedness plans.
· Conduct facility walks, a visual check of physical building to identify safety hazards/maintenance issues and report to Facilities Manage in a timely manner.
· Cross train and support other departments/duties, as back up to labor needs, including but not limited to mail and print operations and Receptionist.
· Provide general office support including filing, cube and office signage, employee communications, floor plan updates etc.
