Nous sommes à la recherche de SDR pour atteindre nos ambitions et rejoindre notre équipe !

En tant que Sales Development Representative au sein du département Sales de JobTeaser, tu es garant es en charge de contribuer au chiffre new business, en identifiant des opportunités qualifiées pour notre équipe de business developer, et assurant directement le vente de A à Z sur certains prospects.

Ton rôle au quotidien

  • Contacter les leads envoyés par notre équipe marketing
  • Identifier les prospects à potentiel, et les convaincre de rencontrer nos business developers
  • Assurer le cycle de vente de A à Z sur une partie des prospects

Tu bénéficies d’un variable reposant sur tes performances à contribuer au chiffre de l’équipe new business.

  • Tu souhaites te lancer dans une carrière sales
  • Tu parles couramment le français et l'anglais
  • Tu es un.e bon.ne communicant.e, tu aimes convaincre,  et sais faire preuve d'empathie : indispensables pour engager nos prospects.
  • Tu fais aussi preuve d’une grande rigueur dans ton quotidien
  • Combatif.ve et orienté.e résultat : tu souhaites t’engager dans une expérience unique au sein d’une scale up et tu as suffisamment d’énergie pour atteindre voire dépasser tes objectifs.
  • Tu es orienté.e métriques et tu sais faire preuve de rigueur dans le reporting CRM. 
  • Tu n’as pas peur de décrocher ton téléphone 
  • Tu es doté(e) d’un esprit entrepreneurial, tu sais faire preuve d’autonomie et être force de proposition.
