Position: Facilities Manager

Job Summary:
As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering facilities services for an assigned portfolio. You will ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and contract scope while driving service delivery standards. Additionally, you will develop cost-saving initiatives and maintain client relationships to deliver exceptional service. This role requires strong leadership skills and experience managing staff in a union environment.

Job Location: Bellevue, WA

Key Responsibilities:
Service Delivery
Manage the delivery of facilities services in accordance with policies, procedures, and contract scope.
Serve as the primary point of escalation for the local client in the assigned region.
Ensure vendors meet service delivery standards and address scope changes and instances of poor performance.
Implement preventative maintenance programs to enhance system reliability and consistency.
Develop and implement innovative programs and processes to reduce operating costs and increase productivity.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environment, and risk management policies.
Support account-wide initiatives such as compliance reviews, audits, and training programs.
Drive benchmarking, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Client Relationships
Proactively develop and manage client relationships to achieve expected service levels.
Comply with all client contract requirements and meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators.
Deliver exceptional service, as reflected by client feedback.

Finance Management / Cost Control
Develop and manage facility operating budgets for the assigned portfolio.
Proactively track variances and manage within target budgets, identifying efficiencies and savings.
Maximize utilization of suppliers and preferred vendors/contractors to achieve cost savings.
Identify additional efficiency opportunities aligned with client goals.
Manage annual budgeting process for the portfolio.
Comply with financial and contractual authorities.

Leadership/Staff Management
Manage, develop, and supervise a professional, friendly, creative, energetic, and detail-oriented team.
Participate in the individual performance management program and personal development planning for team members.
Act as a facilities manager and ambassador for JLL, adhering to the firm's core values of Teamwork, Ethics, and Excellence.

Qualifications:
Proven track record of providing excellent internal and external customer service.
5+ years of facility management experience with demonstrated judgment.
Proficiency in information technology tools and platforms.
Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience managing staff in a union environment.
