JRM, a leading General Contracting and Construction Management Firm, is seeking a Human Resource System Analyst to ensure the integrity of the HRIS applications and enhance HR department capabilities.

Responsibilities

Collaborates with HR staff to maintain HRIS applications
Prepares reports and presents findings to HR Director
Identifies improvements in HRIS utilization

Ensures data security and privacy compliance

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field required
