Client Success Manager
Jungle Scout is seeking a passionate Client Success Manager with an ecommerce/ Amazon Advertising background to help brands maximize their presence and profitability on ecommerce platforms, particularly Amazon.

Responsibilities
- Support ecommerce clients by managing their advertising strategies, pricing, and promotional optimization
- Conduct weekly calls with clients to discuss initiatives and strategies for growth on Amazon.com
- Serve as the customer advocate and collaborate with internal teams to drive brand growth and customer success
- Provide data-driven advice and strategy, build strong client relationships, and ensure customers derive maximum value from Jungle Scout's solutions
