Call Center Representative (Fluent In Cantonese Or Mandarin) - REMOTE

TEKsystems is hiring a large group of Cantonese/Mandarin Call Center Representatives to assist a healthcare client based in New York .These positions will be FULLY REMOTE, and our client will provide all the equipment needed for the role. Candidates will need a high-speed internet connection and a quiet area to work in their residence to qualify.The ideal candidate would have a background in call center environments working in customer service(1-2 years of experience is preferred).Training:Training is three weeks in duration -The training schedule is 9:30 – 4:30 for two weeks– then they go to their regular schedule starting the third week - please note there are no requests for a schedule change for the first 2 months after they come out of training.Responsibilities:•Attend all in-service training/compliance sessions.• Take client messages per protocol.• Schedule Medicaid transportation per protocol.• Provide for a professional work environment and exhibit a professional attitude and demeanor.• Demonstrate a proven understanding of client’s procedures.• Display excellent customer service skills.• Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures and/or customer concerns.• All other duties as directed by supervisors/management.Shift:7:00am-3:30pm(2)8:00am-4:30pm (2)9:00am-5:30pm (3)9:30am-6:00pm (6)Pay:21-23/hr.- plenty of overtime to go around as well plus 2X pay on holidays if able to workThese positions will look to start immediately and will require no onboarding process.
