The ideal candidate will be passionate about designing intuitive, elegant interfaces that simplify complex technological interactions.As a UX Designer, you will:• Design all things related. to the automation app, and make it beautiful and user-friendly.• Develop comprehensive user experience strategies, and own use research. Create user journey maps and interaction flows• Lead usability testing to inform design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design mockups that communicate interaction and design ideas• Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to translate user needs into elegant design solutionsJob requirements:• Past experience in UX Design. Proficiency in design tools. Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design approach. Basic understanding of frontend development principles.• Previous experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams. Learning agility, and basic understanding of frontend development principles.• Experience designing for complex, multi-platform applications. Understanding of interaction design principles.• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into intuitive user experiences.• Proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a hunger to succeed in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.Compensation and Benefits:The compensation for this position is listed above. The posted range represents the typical compensation range for this role.
