K&D Factory Service has been family owned and servicing the keystone state since 1945. K&D specializes in the repair of commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and food service equipment in restaurants, schools, hospitals, and nursing homes. Our technicians are servicing the Pennsylvania area out of 7 branches in Harrisburg, York, Lancaster, Williamsport, Allentown, Altoona, and Scranton.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair service issues and all other problems on commercial equipment
- Report all service activities accurately on tablet at the completion of every call
- Provide excellent customer experience in supporting customers, and partnering with internal team members
- Ability to work on-call schedule
- Operate and manage company issued vehicle, tools, and equipment in accordance with company guidelines
What we need from you:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Basic knowledge of electric and refrigeration cycle
- 1 year or more of commercial appliance or HVAC repair experience preferred
- EPA Certification Type II preferred
- Valid Drivers license and clean driving record
- Pass drug screen and background check
Physical Demands:
- Continual walking, standing, climbing, stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, lifting and carrying.
- Able to climb a ladder
- Able to lift 50+ pounds
- Exposure to extreme temperatures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 to $40.00+ per hour, based on experience
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Overtime

- Harrisburg, PA 17103: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
