Kasa is seeking a Property Operations Lead to enhance guest experiences at two hotels in San Diego through effective management and collaboration with various teams.

Skills

Ability to manage quality control processes

Responsibilities

Conduct regular in-person inspections of properties
Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of public areas and units
Collaborate with housekeeping and service vendors
Identify and execute cost-effective property improvements
Handle guest issues and provide support during emergencies

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
