The Program Management Associate will, under the guidance of a Team Lead/Senior Program Manager or Manager, work closely with the operations Sr. Directors, Pl's, and Business Development to provide overall client satisfaction and management of already contracted work.

At KCAS Bio, we're on an important mission to impact the world’s health, and our team is integral to that success. As a Program Management Associate, you'll play a crucial role in assisting with the delivery and management of client projects. Collaborating with our operations Sr. Directors, Principal Investigators, and Business Development leads, you’ll ensure client satisfaction for our Tier 1 clients while occasionally supporting Tier 2 and Tier 3 projects. Your daily adventures will include liaising with clients to understand their objectives, communicating project status, and tracking key deliverable dates. You will be the friendly face representing KCAS Bio, providing bi-weekly and monthly updates and scheduling meetings as needed. Don’t worry if you’re new to this; we’ll guide you through the essential tasks like inputting project timelines into our Holmes platform. We're looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of experience in analytical or bioanalytical fields, preferably in a CRO or BioPharma environment. If you have a knack for multitasking, exceptional communication skills, and a detail-oriented approach, you’ll thrive here.
