You will:
  • Create valid methodologies for analysis and effectively lead teams in discussions, brainstorming sessions, share ideas and guide analysis;
  • Lead the discussions with clients and challenge them to create high quality results for their business;
  • Define project objectives, proactively manage resources, finances and time, delegate projects tasks to the team;
  • Coach junior team members, share experience and create learning opportunities for them within projects.


Requirements:
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Politics, Finance or a related subject and 3-4 years working experience, including experience managing teams and projects;
  • You have developed advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills;

  • You feel comfortable with English as your main working language, both verbal and written;
  • You have fluent level of Lithuanian language;
  • You are ready to reach for excellence and produce results that add value to the business.
