Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will assist attorneys in managing construction defect cases, ensuring all documentation is meticulously prepared and filed. Your expertise in legal research will support case strategies, while your strong communication skills will facilitate effective interactions with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Additionally, you will coordinate witness schedules, prepare exhibits, and ensure compliance with all legal standards and firm policies.

The ideal candidate will hold an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field and possess a minimum of five years of experience as a Paralegal in construction defect or a closely related legal area.
