Our Client, an established German industrial equipment manufacturer is seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead their US operations. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on sales management, overseeing operations across the USA, Canada, and Mexico.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will drive market expansion and lead business development initiatives across the US Subsidiary of this global precision equipment manufacturer, with an emphasis on their North American market. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the North American business unit
  • Drive sales strategy and market penetration across the region
  • Oversee technical consulting and product presentations to clients
  • Manage customer relationships across all corporate levels
  • Direct business development initiatives in the US, Canada, and Mexico

  • Advanced degree in Technical field or Business (preferably Mechanical or Process Engineering)
  • Proven experience in bulk material handling or related industrial equipment
