Position: Director Manufacturing

Location: Sheboygan, WI

Fortune 200 client is seeking a Manufacturing Site Director to lead and manage their 24/7/365 dairy production facility. This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, including safety, quality, sanitation, cost control, customer service, milk receiving, cheesemaking, and the production of sweet whey powder. The Manufacturing Site Director will drive operational excellence, foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration, and ensure the site meets or exceeds business targets while supporting the growth of the Dairy Foods division.
