You’ll be:• Providing prompt, accurate, thorough, and courteous responses to all telephone inquiries• Ensuring effective customer relations by responding accurately, timely, and courteously to telephone inquiries• Initiating minor/clerical adjustments based on provider request or performing other research as needed to resolve inquiries• Providing feedback to management regarding customer problems, questions, and needs• Maintaining basic knowledge of quality work instructions and company policiesThis Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You• Have excellent verbal communication skills• Possess strong human relations and organizational skills• Can handle high-stress situations• Have good judgment skills• Have strong customer service skills• Are able to learn and operate multiple computer systems effectively and efficiently• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)• Can work onsite at the client location in Florence, SC• Have 2 years of customer service or call center experienceWhat Happens NextOnce you apply, you’ll proceed to the next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
