Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Front Office, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:             

  • Serves as an ambassador of the hotel
  • Engages with guest and visitors
  • Responsible for luggage handling in a courteous and efficient manner

Qualifications

  • Customer Service experience, preferably as a bellperson or in hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Able to stand and walk for long periods of time
