If you enjoy working directly with inventory processes and contributing to daily operations, this role could be a great fit!Key Responsibilities:As an Inventory Control Coordinator, your duties will include:• Directly managing day-to-day inventory tasks, such as replenishments, stock transfers, and organizing product check-ins.• Collaborating with the sales team to facilitate order processes and assist with customer purchase orders.• Handling physical inventory tasks like scanning, labeling, and organizing orthopedic products for easy retrieval.• Communicating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth logistics and timely deliveries.• Performing regular cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and assisting with compliance tasks.• Ensuring accuracy in inventory systems and documentation, adhering to Good Documentation Practices (GDP).• Assisting with on-call duties on a rotating basis to support critical inventory needs.Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred.• Minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience in warehouse, distribution, or inventory management.• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or other inventory software.• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Why Join Us?Be part of a supportive team where your contributions directly impact daily operations.
