You’ll be:• Providing administrative support to the Occupational Health department.• Performing duties such as directing calls to case managers and others, attending staff meetings and documenting meeting minutes.• Provide visitor passes, scanning documents• Multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks.• Demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills to include instant messaging and email.• Great communication skills (verbal and written) to work with a diverse populationThis Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and email systems.• Have experience with Medical Administrative work.• Have stable work history with no gaps in employment.• Have strong administrative coordination abilities.• Have customer service experience.What Happens NextOnce you apply, you’ll proceed to the next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
