The hourly pay rate starts at $23/hour and onwards based on experience in the field, plus paid training, and the opportunity to earn up to $4000.00 in incentive bonuses per year.Are you searching for a rewarding experience helping children and families reach their goals and full potential? We provide an in-depth ABA training to assist with growth and knowledge of the field and providing impeccable services to our families. We will also assist in the RBT certification process if you are interested in pursuing your RBT certification.Key provides services for children on the autism spectrum directly under the guidance and supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
