As the CRM Marketing Manager at Kittl, you will lead our lifecycle campaigns and work with the marketing team to ensure an engaging storyline throughout customers' lifecycles. Your role is to ensure engagement, decrease churn, and drive revenue revenue growth.
You will collaborate with multiple teams to execute lifecycle campaigns. Your expertise CRM and lifecycle journey will be critical to Kittl’s mission to become the leading global collaborative graphic design software for professionals
Lead and manage CRM lifecycle campaigns using customer.io to drive user engagement, adoption, and revenue growth
Autonomously make creative decisions and intuitively understand expected campaign outcomes
Develop and execute storytelling and strategies for the customer lifecycle
Optimize emails through ongoing testing (A/B and multivariate) and data analysis
Track and analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for lifecycle improvement
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling copy, creatives, and stories tailored to specific audiences
Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates to ensure Kittl is utilizing the most effective CRM/lifecycle management strategies
At least 2-4 years of experience in CRM marketing, with a proven track record of driving results through lifecycle campaigns
You’re autonomous and intuitive - this is huge. You’ll need to be someone who can make decisions and intuitively understand what should come from your campaign strategies
Strong knowledge of CRM tools (Customer.io or HubSpot)
Proven Experience developing A/B testing and campaign optimization for lifecycle metrics
You’re a natural marketer who understands ‘customer’, with a solid understanding of audience segmentation and personalization
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams (creative, product, etc.)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-driven environment with a focus on experimentation and data-led decisions
Bonus: Experience working in high-growth tech companies or B2C SaaS environments
