Business Development Operations Manager (Hybrid)
KnowBe4, the world's largest security awareness training provider, is looking for a Business Development Operations Manager to work closely with their Global Business Development team to launch new initiatives and establish operating cadence based on metrics.
Skills
- Deep understanding of Project Methodologies and best practices
- Strong proficiency in project management tools like JIRA and ServiceNow
- Exceptional documentation and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly skilled in operations management and process alignment
Responsibilities
- Create and implement documentation such as playbooks, best practice guides, and workflows
- Evaluate and manage program management tools
- Build detailed project plans for new initiatives
- Lead and manage complex Business Development programs
- Drive the creation of global sales training programs
- Establish rhythm of Business Development meetings
- Oversee marketing operations strategies
- Facilitate effective communication among project teams and stakeholders
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study
