Lifecycle Marketing Manager

To achieve our ambitious goals, we're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This person will play a significant role in growing the business by enabling key engagement, winback, and retention-focused campaigns and programs, driving process improvement, how we understand performance data, and prioritizing experimentation and program optimization.  

• Responsible for driving patient growth: acquisition, retention, and resurrection as well as driving revenue growth by increasing LTV through increasing utilization and cross selling of additional service lines 
• Develop lifecycle marketing campaigns to engage patients in their journey on knownwell across email, text, push notifications, and in-app messaging surfaces 
• Define and measure key metrics and funnels in the patient journey 
• Create an ideas/tactics roadmap each quarter to drive patient growth toward goal 
• Data-driven approach: test and measure all communications and experiences to ensure they favorablyimpact key metrics 
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Design and operations to meet ambitious growth targets 
• Measure and report on the impact of projects and progress towards goal 

• 5+ years in growth or marketing, with demonstrated experience creating and analyzing owned channel lifecycle marketing campaigns (email, push, in-app messaging) 
• A/B testing experience, with a proven track record of designing and executing a testing roadmap 
• Data-led decision making and analytical skills 
• Experience working marketing automation technologies 
• Principled and thinks long term: You always think customer first, and balance customer value with business value Prioritize, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and execute effectively; demonstrates both short-term and long-term thinking. 
• Collaborates concisely and communicates results and strategic plans with leaders and team members. 
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
