In this hybrid role, you will not only lead a dynamic team of Field Marketing Representatives but also step out into the field to engage with customers directly. The key to success in this role is your enthusiasm for driving sales, fostering customer relationships, and creating brand awareness around the Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard. With a schedule running from April to October 31, 2025, your main working days will be Thursday through Sunday, where you'll have the opportunity to coach and mentor your team in 4-6 gas stations while enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of the field.
