About Us:

Kognitos is searching for a Staff Level UI Engineer to join our dynamic and growing team. If you’re passionate about UI engineering and love creating visually stunning, user-friendly interfaces, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceive, pitch, and implement end-to-end UI solutions that elevate user experiences.

  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure our products surpass user expectations and meet the highest design standards.

  • Work closely with the development team to ensure UI components are optimized for performance and scalability.

  • Write clean, well-documented, maintainable code that sets a high standard.

  • Provide constructive feedback during code reviews to support and grow the team.

  • Stay updated on the latest UI trends and technologies to ensure we’re always pushing boundaries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

  • 6-8 years of UI development experience, ideally in a product-based environment.

  • 2-3 years of previous experience with React (must-have). Next.js experience is a bonus.

  • Expertise in Javascript/Typescript and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.

  • In-depth knowledge of cross-browser compatibility, web APIs, and accessibility standards.

  • Experience with version control systems like Git.

  • Demonstrated ability to write clean, efficient code.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work seamlessly in a collaborative environment.

  • A portfolio that showcases your UI expertise and previous projects.
