Als Senior Associate ben jij de sparringpartner voor onze klanten en lever je een essentiële bijdrage aan de uitvoering van controle opdrachten. Jij begeleidt en coördineert de dienstverlening en communiceert ten behoeve van onze klanten met andere teams binnen KPMG. Daarnaast ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor de goede voortgang en uitvoering met een uitstekende eindrapportage. Jij bent in staat om een team aan te sturen en je beoordeelt de vaktechnische kwaliteit van de werkzaamheden.

Als Senior Associate Audit begeleid je jouw team en collega's bij hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Je krijgt alle ruimte om jouw skills verder te ontwikkelen, ervaring op te doen en door te groeien naar een meer senior level. Natuurlijk bieden wij hiervoor opleidingen en trainingen.

  • Hoe help je jouw (junior) collega's naar een hoger niveau?
  • Hoe zorg jij voor ‘first time right’?
  • Hoe draag jij bij aan de best mogelijke klantervaring?
  • Hoe zorg je voor  vlekkeloos verlopende opdrachten?

  • Masterstudie met een (bijna afgeronde) RA opleiding
  • 4-6 jaar ervaring in de controlepraktijk
  • Communicatief, klantgericht, ondernemend
  • Analytisch sterk en een goed cijfermatig inzicht
  • Kennis van Dutch GAAP, IFRS en (optioneel) US GAAP
