Job Description:
The Director, Human Resources is responsible for developing and executing strategic people objectives for L3Harris' Defense Electronics Systems divisions headquartered in Cincinnati, OH. He/she will serve as both the Cincinnati site HR lead as well as the division HR Lead to provide direction to the HR teams in Cincinnati and Anaheim, CA. This position supports a growing business of $450M revenue and 1200 people. The Director, HR supports the VP/GM and collaborates with the division leadership team, and HR peers to provide guidance, advice, and execution support for a broad array of HR programs. This role will report to the Sr. Director, Human Resources. Essential Duties Develop and execute HR Programs to satisfy organizational requirements Serves as a trusted business partner to the Program Group executive on all matters related to the business Links HR... initiatives to business strategy Builds cross-functional teams that foster collaboration and innovation Leads transformational change management initiatives Ensures best practices relative to Total Rewards, Organizational Development and Talent Management practices Effectively communicate and promote HR and business strategy to all levels of the organization Anticipates, investigates and remediates employee relation issues, building strong programs to support and build a positive employee culture Support functional leaders to establish training plans, manage budgets and participate in related audits Innovative leader who promotes diversity and inclusion Leads by example with unquestioned credibility, judgment, character and ethics Maximize established HR shared services offered Manage a budget for the department Grow and develop the HR team while participating in enterprise wide initiatives Job Requirements:
Bachelors' Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and ten (10) years of related experience. A combination of education and experience may be considered Position requires a US citizenship 10
years of progressively responsible HR experience 5
years in a management and leadership roles over Human Resources Strong HR Functional knowledge with experience in Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Management and Employee Relations Demonstrated track record of building strong business relationships with business leaders Thorough understanding of recruitment, talent management and succession processes and tools as well as the requirements for EEO/OFCCP compliance Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong presentation skills with experience delivering presentations to all levels of the organization Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to travel up to 10% Preferred Skills:
Master's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field Experience working in the Aerospace and Defense or industrial industries preferred Job Profile Matching Criteria:

$250K -- $500K+
