Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and professionally agile individual to join the Operations Technology team at Kriya. This individual will serve as the lead for laboratory instrument installations, configurations, and qualifications within the Kriya laboratories. In addition, this position will be responsible for understanding the data each instrument generates and assist in the development of a data storage and integrity plan. Success in this role will required a strong ability to adapt to a fast-paced business and streamline implementations to support a growing company.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain laboratory instrument inventory including hardware, software, and configurations
• Perform and oversee implementation of new laboratory instruments
• Ensure all laboratory instruments are properly configured and integrated to the company network, where applicable
• Develop laboratory instrument data road maps and collaborate with IT to ensure all paper and/or electronic records align with company data integrity standards
• Develop and execute CSV/CSA validation for all laboratory instruments
• Assist with change control of laboratory software systems
• Support periodic assessments of system and user access for laboratory systems throughout system lifecycle
• Develop plans for integrating laboratory instruments into LIMS, ELN or other data repositories (e.g. data lake)

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, life science or equivalent related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cGMP and pharmaceuticals/biopharmaceuticals
• Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot system issues
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Good customer/client relationship management and proactive problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions:

• Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office or laboratory work environment
• Lifting to 20lbs may be required
• Weekend/off-hours work may be required
